Meditation for the Soul

We are proud to bring you Meditation for the Soul, written and read by Felicia Webster.

The emotional challenges we have took on recently from the current pandemic and the social injustice have brought stress and anxiety to our community and nation. Meditation is known to reduce stress, lessen the chance of heightened anxiety as well as bringing balance to the body.

We encourage you to listen and be involved with this video in a quiet place where you can focus and relax. Please share with your family and friends.

The Voice Project

The Voice Project website was conceived by graduate students at the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) within the Graduate Counseling Department, with the assistance of Yasmin Tucker and Michele Yates, to provide a helpful tool to support the Black youth of Omaha.
