Empower Project

Empowering the next generation

Think, Feel, Act

The Empower Project is a youth-focused curriculum that helps students connect their Thoughts, Emotions, and Behaviors in a meaningful way. Borrowing insights from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, the Empower Project adopts a non-therapeutic approach to help youth break from negative cycles and build positive relationships with family, peers, and friends.

The program options offered here are flexible to change depending on your needs. Program options include:

Session Format

This format uses a session-by-session curriculum held over 6-8 weeks. In this format, youth have the opportunity to build relationships with their peers, practice active emotional regulation techniques, and create their own space for reflection.

Workshop Format

This format adopts a workshop approach, typically running between 3-4 hours. In this format, youth have the opportunity to learn the TEB skills, discuss how they can apply their insights into their immediate community, and discover opportunities to take action through internships and volunteer opportunities.

Free Screening

How Are You Feeling?

During stressful and difficult times, such as COVID19, our mental health must be a top priority. Behavioral health screenings are the quickest way to determine if you, or someone you care about, should connect with a behavioral health professional. This program is completely FREE, anonymous and confidential. Immediately following the brief questionnaire you will see your results, recommendations, and key resources.
